March 2008—Caloundra, Queensland, Australia. Caloundra City Enterprises and TRAC Consulting, with the support of the Building Entrepreneurship in Small Business AusIndustry program, have launched a small business mentoring program in the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia.

To facilitate the launch of the program, TRAC sought assistance from LearningChange to provide guidance establish a model for effective online communication and collaboration among participants. LearningChange partner Jon Knolle traveled to Australia to consult with program leaders in developing a tool to support the program participants.
