- Advanced Facilitation - Extending Fundamentals to include experiential training, introduction to the proven neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) method of influencing change in self and others, and advanced skills application.
- Facilitating Effective Meetings - the skills required to successfully plan, prepare, organize, and conduct successful meetings.
- Facilitating High Performing Teams - group dynamics and organizational performance, introduction to NLP, as well as coaching basics, and avoidance of common team-building pitfalls.
- Facilitating Change - enabling positive change in individuals, groups and organizations through improved communications,collaboration, knowledge sharing, and learning.
