Unique Needs Require Custom Solutions

LearningChange works with your organization to examine your needs and determine which approach will create the most cost–effective, efficient, and durable solution to meet your learning goals.

The process includes clear communication at every level of design and development—including development of success metrics to ensure that your instructional material meets—and exceeds—your objectives.

Learning Change e-learning solutions may include:

  • Self-paced learning systems that use anything from a simple HTML-based Web site structure to a complete Learning Management System such as Moodle, Blackboard, or one of many others.
  • Group-paced, “live” online courses that use collaborative software such as Wimba Classroom and WebEX.
  • Blended learning that consists of any combination of self-paced and group-paced online components along with traditional face-to-face training.

To efficiently create the most effective trainings, we employ the following steps:

  • Analysis & Consultation – In-depth discussions to determine goals, constraints, finalize project plan, and engage with subject-matter experts to develop detailed structural outlines for curriculum modules.
  • Research & Evaluation – Working with subject-matter experts to collect and evaluate data, information and resources appropriate for the curriculum.
  • Development – Creation of a curriculum guide template from which all materials will be developed, followed by development of curriculum guides and associated teaching and learning materials.
  • Review and Assessment – Gaining feedback from key individuals to gauge quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning resources, and culminating in a testing process.
  • Revisions and Buildout – Refining materials based on feedback, and testing the outcomes.
  • Delivery – Presentation of final, print-ready digital and hard copies of completed teaching and learning resources.
